Meet Our Coaches
Paul Curtas
Paul grew up in a big family in Tampa, Florida, there he enjoyed sports and recreation on the Bay. He pursued and earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree. He served on Pastoral staff in two different churches.
In 1992, he started and served as Executive Director of the Fellowship of Christian Airline Personnel (FCAP) for 30 years. This provided him many opportunities to visited and work with people, both individually and in group settings, in the work cultures of North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the South Pacific.
Based on his many years of experience with employees and business leaders, combined with his core Biblical beliefs as a Christian, Paul communicates how the God gives work its greatest value and purpose in the most practical ways. He has authored a book entitled “When God Shows Up At Work” which is available in English, German and Spanish.
Paul now serves as Executive Director of “GODinWork” (GIW) a movement that equips and encouraging people with God’s Design of Work and how that operates in everyday work life.
Ruben Ricca
Ruben Ricca married Graciela and has four children and six grandchildren.
Ruben served in the Army for 27 years, as a paratrooper in the communications area, participating in
operations in defense of his country.
He has served the Lord for over 35 years in many different ministries.
He is the founder and Senior Pastor of Somos Familia, La Gracia de Cristo, a ministry that has served the communities in Cordoba, Argentina for 25 years.
Ruben founded Puente a las Naciones 15 years ago, an NGO that supports missionary work worldwide.
Currently, he serves as the Executive Director.
He is currently serving his second term as Executive Director of the Baptist Convention in Cordoba.
He has traveled to over 30 countries to teach and preach the Gospel. His passion is mentoring and
coaching disciples.
He has completed theological and doctrinal studies with a strong emphasis on leadership. He lives in Córdoba, Argentina.

Scott Bowman
Scott was born in Hamilton, Ohio USA in 1966, where he met and married his high school sweetheart, Cheryl. They have been married for 39 years and have three children and nine grandchildren.
After high school, Scott joined the US Air Force and was stationed at Columbus Air Force MS as an Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief.
After he finished his duty in the Air Force, he went back home to work for General Electric in Cincinnati Ohio for three years.
He then was hired by Delta Airlines, and has now worked at Delta for 34 years as an Aircraft Mechanic.
Scott received Jesus as his personal Savior at the age of 25. Since that moment, the calling to live for God and tell others about his Savior, Jesus, directs his life.
God also impressed on him the importance of living out the ministry at his workplace. Scott has been part of starting and leading groups among Christian coworkers since 1991. He will tell you that the things God has done through His people at his workplace keeps him in awe. God uses His people in incredible ways wherever He puts them.
Scott has served on the Board of Directors for the Fellowship of Christian Airline Personnel for many years and currently is the Vice President of the FCAP International Board of Directors.
Amy DuBois
Amy is married her best friend, David DuBois, in 2006 and they have four wonderful boys. Amy is originally from Dallas, Texas and earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. She then attended Baylor University, where she earned her MBA. In 2002, she worked for the Magazine Publishing Group as a Customer Relationship Manager. From there, God called her into full-time ministry leadership, where she has served for over 20 years. Amy was hired by Columbia International University in the spring of 2013 as an adjunct faculty member in finance. In January 2014, she joined the resident faculty as a full-time professor in the School of Business. She has taught a wide variety of courses including Operations Management, Economics, Information Systems and Technology, Finance, Fundamentals of Investing, Strategic Planning, and more. She completed her PhD in Organizational Leadership at Columbia International University and was selected as the Dean of the Cook School of Business in the fall of 2022. Amy is passionate about helping others understand God’s design and purpose for work and is excited about any opportunity to promote the concepts found in ‘When God Shows Up at Work.’
Amy enjoys speaking to High school & College groups about work, as well as Business groups and Woman’s groups. She also has a genuine interest in helping churches understand how they can equip their people in their mission in the local work-cultures.
