Reset with "God’s Design of Work"
Having my work-life built on God’s design means HIS image will be reflected in all that my work entails. This will define my purpose for work… It will provide the right values to measure my work… It will keep my motives pure so my work performance is God-like and not questionable. It will help me see that the problem of work, are not threaten my faith, but rather an occasion to bring growth and to promote God. It will bring lasting satisfaction to my work-life. And lastly its bring the Church, God’s people with His Glory into work-culture. Our Seminar “God’s Design of Work” is 4 Sessions…
Session 1
First, we will discover how God’s design of work will give my job true value and purpose, also provide me the right reason and motivation in my work. We also see how my work fits into God’s overall plan.
Session 2
Secondly, we will look at the kind of influence Christians can be, and bring into the work culture. Also, we will look at some ways opportunities develop naturally there.
Session 3
Thirdly, we will consider the problems of the work-culture, and how they affect us and our coworkers. Then we will look at God’s Wisdom and how we can respond to these problems as we engage with people there.
Session 4
Fourthly, we will describe how the church, God’s people, are a movement out in the work-cultures of the world, and consider how they can connect together and reflect God’s Glory.
“God’s Design of Work” is offered online and in-person
This four-session training is facilitated with people in the following settings:
Business Settings: We provide training for employees, employee groups, and leadership that bring awareness and insight of God’s design and purpose of work, by encouraging dedication to how we do our work and bringing value to our relationships at work.
Church Settings: Our training provides foundational tools and a game plan on how the people of your church, who spend 37% of life at work, can extend your church’s ministry and mission. Our full training can be presented at churches and retreats and a condensed message, that gives an overview, can be used for church services.
Christian Universities/Schools Setting: Our training is presented in classroom settings to prepare the current and upcoming generations on how their professional life fits into God’s bigger picture of bringing His influence and impact to the people in the workplace.
Specialized Meetings: Our training can be customized to address certain groups which deal with specific issues and concerns regarding the workplace. Work issues and ways of engaging amongst employee groups will be addressed through the lens of a Biblical worldview.
